Resident Assistant- 2nd shift: 2pm-10:15pm

Part Time

Every other weekend and holiday rotation required

FRONT LINE WORKERS WILL RECEIVE A $2 HOUR INCREASE FOR THE MONTH OF APRIL AS GRATITUDE PAY.*

The Residential Assistant is responsible for:

  • Answers signal lights, bells, or intercom system to determine residents' needs.
  • Assists residents with specific needs involving their activities of daily living.
  • Assists with resident's laundry.
  • Oversees resident's meal preparation in their rooms.
  • Assists residents with self-administration of medications.
  • Changes bed linens, runs errands, directs visitors, and answers telephone.
  • Maintain physical environment in a clean, safe, and pleasant manner.
  • Perform other related activities as assigned or requested

Qualification

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have current First Aid Certification or must obtain within 60 days of hire.
