Life Response Center
The Life Response Center is an inbound response center. You will provide first contact resolution to the agency force and policyholders on all Life policy related Claims, Service, and Underwriting functions.

As a Life Center Rep, 90% of calls taken will come from internal State Farm Agents or Agent staff calling for support on setting up a life insurance application, calling on the status of documents or need support filing a specific claim.

On average you will take 50 to 100 calls per day, depending upon their experience level.

Team members who experience the most success in customer service roles have strong relationship-building, empathetic listening, and communication skills. They're able to handle different tasks in a short time while on the phone or computer.
